Drontal feline or cat allwormer is a tablet for the control all of the common worms in cats including roundworms, hookworms and tapeworm in cats and kittens. Drontal wormer is suitable for pregnant and lactating queens. The dosage of Drontal is 1 tablet per 4 kg or 1 tablet per 9 lbs bodyweight. The active ingredients in Drontal feline is Praziquantel and Pyrantel.

The worming regime for cats should be to worm kittens every two weeks until they are twelve weeks of age, then every four weeks until they are almost fully grown at six months of age. Cats over six months are usually wormed every three months.

The side effects of drontal feline are rare, when given at the appropriate dosage but may include vomiting and diarrhea and sometimes salivation. drontal is safe to use on kittens from two weeks of age.
